"Very convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed. The manager, Richard was very helpful and gave good information on the room and the area. We had cool evenings and the inverter heat/ac worked perfectly as per simple instructions. Very cosy. The parking spaces were also very spacious, which is rare."

"A wonderful place for a holiday close to the M1 with or without your pet, Deb has a dog cupboard full of toys, leads and treats.You can get Deb to cook meals for you, ordering prior to your stay, she is a great cook, you’ve got to try herCurried sausages - yum. Deb has thought of everything to make your stay special, she is a beautiful host."

"Perfect stay for a night! The guy at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, he showed us to our room even though it was very late at night and he even gave us some milk for our tea. The room was clean and the whole place felt safe."
