"Destinee…no words to describe how great she is. I was traveling from California and still had 4 hrs to go before hitting my stop at the hotel. I booked through Expedia but the app changed the dates when I booked somehow. Destinee made sure I had a place to stay as I got help from Expedia. It was a wonderful welcome back home to Texas. The rest of the staff was equally welcoming and kind. I had driven for 2 days. It touched my heart to be treated with such kindness when I was so tired. "Excellent place, we came to Fredericksburg to see the snow and this was the perfect spot. Everyone was so hospitable. The gentleman that checked us in made sure we had everything we needed. When we woke up they had spread salt all around our vehicle so we would not slip. Very nice touch"
