We didn't do anything other than stay in Commes, but we went to Port-en-Bessin-Huppain every evening which was a great place to eat with plenty to look at.



This is a beautiful property located close to Normandy. It was a perfect place for us as a base from which to visit Omaha, Utah and Juno beaches, as well as the American and German cemeteries. Clean room and amazing venue- felt very special to stay in such a nice place. Was upgraded to famil apartment however this was looking old and tired, but very good space. Comfy bed and good heating. Nice to have a bath in room. Dinner was a let down- save your money and eat at the various places ...

Very nice apartment with everything we needed.Beautiful grounds and location is very convenient for visiting Normandy, in particular the D-Day beaches.We would love to more of the history of the property itself?Parking for the apartment is slightly inconvenient.

It was hard to get answers with the third party booking routing all the questions. Once there the owner was very helpful. Three of the rooms were on the third floor with narrow stairs. The Wi-Fi was only available in one room. The large dinning area serve our group's needs. The easy walk to the beach ...

You can spend time studying the exhibits at D-Day Wrecks Museum in Commes. Visit the stunning cathedral and top-notch restaurants in this walkable area.
