"Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !)
This has always been our #1 choice in Manhattan but will reconsider it from now on.
Plus, I don’t recall them EVER charging $15.00 to park at the hotel before. No free breakfast and the Starbucks across the street has closed.
Room was clean. Shower leaked into the bathroom.
Bed was comfy. Tons of pillows. Good location to campus. "

"Our second stay at the Saddle Shop. Just as awesome! Right downstairs you have morning donuts or two doors down dinner! It is gorgeously appointed. "

"We were here on the coldest days of the week but the heater worked pretty good. Kept us toasty. Not much shopping areas close. Not much of a good place to sit down and eat. The room was clean but it did have some chipping in the bath tub. We had our granddaughter and she likes baths but had to take a shower instead because of the chipping but at least she was clean. This place was alright.

"House was very nice, clean, and comfortably housed all of us. Overall very satisfied with the stay, no complaints. "

"The hotel was functional. The staff were never at the front desk though, you had to call them to get someone to help. The breakfast was also very empty. I came down at 7am (breakfast was 6-9) on Saturday morning and I was the only person down there. However, the only options were 6 sausage patties, 3 biscuits, or half a pan of runny eggs. There was a machine for waffles as well. That would be my only major place of improvement would be the breakfast and the staff could have been more attentive. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and comfortable!"
