"We were pleasantly surprised at our recent 2 night stay. We had stayed several times at what they called the annex, which is a separate building from the main motel, and that was really outdated, cramped, and dirty. This time they put us in the main motel and the room was a very large size, very nice furniture, and we understood that it had recently been updated. The breakfast was very good that they served and everyone that worked there was very friendly and hospitable."

We especially loved the easy stroll to Main Street! It’s clear the owners take pride in the space, and everything was spotless.What makes this place even more special is the location. Rockport is a charming small town, and the property is just a short drive to Kansas City, MO or Omaha, NE.The host was friendly and responsive and making sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a place this peaceful and well-kept at such a reasonable price.We’ll definitely be back.
