The holiday home Casa Havana is located in the foothills of Andalucía and close to the picturesque village of Competa and boasts beautiful views of the mountains down to the sea, The holiday home consists of a cosy living room with a rustic fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (1 with Double Bed, two with 2 Single Beds each and one with one Single Bed) as well as two bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. One of the main attractions of the house is its private outdoor area, which consists of a lush garden with garden furniture and sun loungers, a covered terrace with chairs, a outdoor barbecue area where you can prepare delicious dishes and a generous pool where guests can cool off on warm summer days. You will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the local village of Competa just 10 minutes away by car (5km), while the closest beach on Torrox Costa can be reached after a 20-minute drive (16km). The charming city of Málaga, birthplace of the famous painter Pablo Picasso, is 45 minutes driving away (45km), while the closest airport can be reached after 48 minutes driving (50km). Private parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Short stay

My family and I only stayed for a couple of days but it was wonderful. From the communication from the host to the check in process, everything was so smooth. The house it self was better than we expected, so spacious and so clean. Loved it!

Beautiful!

Such a beautiful place to stay, well appointed accommodation with everything you need.Very friendly and helpful management available locally. Quiet and rural location appreciated but a little treacherous in places for young children. No shops nearby so a welcome pack of basics like bread, milk and some sandwich fillers made available to purchase in advance would be a great addition, especially for late arrivals… Everything very clean which was lovely and the panoramic views of the mountains are spectacular! We very much enjoyed our stay.

What a view!!

Such a beautiful home. The photos didn’t do it justice. We spent as much time as possible in the yard. Carl was really responsive and helpful through the stay. Well equipped, especially the kitchen. Just a short drive to the beach and Competa. Overall great stay :)

Good sized villa with great pool in a lovely location

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Havana. The villa was spacious, clean and had everything we wanted. A few negatives: - The villa is situated on the side of a hill and can only be accessed by a narrow windy road. The price you pay for the lovely location and view! - The road off this and down into the villa was very steep. We had difficulty getting our VW Caravelle in and out, and turned around. Not for the faint hearted! - We would have liked the pool cleaned mid stay (ideally the middle Saturday which is what normally happens.

Enjoy your time

We were 5 people beginning of august: 2 adults and 3 child’s under 12. House advantages: - spacious with 4 bedrooms with 6 beds and 2 bathroom - well equipped : air conditioning in all rooms, exterior furnitures, games, kitchen… - very quiet with a nice view on the mountains - nice swimming pool and exterior place with available furnitures (long chair, inflatables buoys, games…) - well positionned between Compéta and Malaga. - Good reception and quick to answer in case of issue (gaz bottle empty) Some low points: - Internet connection is too low - some additional furniture could be useful (kitchen and barbecue) - mosquito net in all rooms - So nice place that kids don t want to leave the house ;-) As a conclusion, we really liked a lot our time in this lovely house and hope to come back again ;-)

Die Lage des Hauses mit der überdachtenTerrasse und grandioser Aussicht auf die Berge war sehr schön.Gute Zufahrt zum Haus.Das Haus war so wie beschrieben,sauber und viel Platz.Wlan war vorhanden,Auto ist erforderlich,da in den Bergen.Trotzdem in 20 Minuten am Strand.Der Pool sehr erfrischend und sauber.Wir haben uns überwiegend auf der Terrasse aufgehalten.Check in war einfach und nett.Kühlschrank könnte erneuert werden,aber sonst alles top.Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La villa est belle, il y a tout le nécessaire, la climatisation est dans toute la maison. La piscine est propre, assez grande. Il y a une belle pergolas avec vue sur la montagne. Nous avions un magnifique paysage toute la journée. Bonne communication avec Carl, il a été réactif durant notre séjour. Les plages sont belles. C'est une belle région andalouse. Torrox, Nerja... sont des villes à visiter. N'oubliez pas d'acheter du miel, il est très bon. Un conseil pour le propriétaire, il faut absolument entretenir les transats ainsi que leurs matelas. Merci

Traumblick mit Pool und Platz

Wir waren eine Woche in der Casa Havanna und haben es sehr genossen. Schöner, großer und gepflegter Außenbereich mit tollem Pool und traumhaften Blicken. Man braucht ein Auto. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das ganze Haus ist sehr geräumig. Competa ist ein sehr nettes Dorf und man ist schnell an der Küste. Dort haben wir hinter Nerja die Bucht von Maro sehr genossen.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir alle liebten die Nähe zu Nerja und den Stränden. Der Pool war super, sauber und sehr erfrischend warm. Das Haus war sauber und alles war vorhanden. Da wir immer Frühstück und Abendessen in unserem Domizil haven wollen, konnten wir kochen und es war genug Geschirr für mehrere Male da.

Good location for both inland villages and shore side towns. Villa was clean and tidy . Small road leading to villa in need of some attention near the top of it. But overall we had a good stay, with great views.
