Traditional village house tastefully remodeled combining culture and contemporary style located in the heart of the popular village Cómpeta, Málaga. This townhouse is distributed over 4 floors. Entering through a foyer with a seating area, TV, one passes by a traditional oven discovered during the reconstruction, dated back at least 100 years.

Traditional high steps lead to the 1st floor where one can find living room with brand new smart TV, a/c (hot&cold), open plan fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a rain effect shower and smart mirror. Another bathroom has a toilet, washing machine and dryer.

Steps continue to the 2nd floor, to a medium size bedroom with a large double bed (150cm) and en-suite bathroom also with rain effect shower and smart mirror. This floor is complemented with a terrace with colorful awning, seating for 4 people and two sun loungers to unwind and chill after a day of exploring the area.

More steps lead to the 3rd floor where one can find a second bedroom with a traditional Spanish size bed (135 cm), hand painted furniture and A/C (hot&cold).
The very top of the house has another small terrace with two sun loungers for anybody who likes to relax and catch some rays.

All the windows of this townhouse lead to an indoor patio offering exceptional peace and quiet, hardly anyone would say this place is located near a main and busy square.
