  • Recently renovated villa with private pool, just a short walk from the picturesque town of Cómpeta.



    The space

    You enter the property through a private parking area. A small terrace with seating welcomes you, leading into a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen with air conditioning. The villa features a double bedroom with air conditioning and a modern bathroom with shower.



    Both the bedroom and living room open onto the terrace, from which a path takes you to the 4x1.5 m pool—ideal for a refreshing swim—and a shaded lounge area. The pool is open from June to October.



    The villa has been renovated to a high standard and offers all the essentials for a memorable stay in Cómpeta.



    Please note: The property does not have an oven or TV. An extra bed for a third guest is available for an additional fee.
