Beautiful ground floor apartment with swimming pool and parking space

To you the holidays under the sun of the South, in a framework of greenery and exceptional tranquility.
Your relaxing stay in our comfortable ground floor independent terrace of 40 sqm, a private above ground pool (6. 71 mx 3. 66 mx 1. 32 m) and a courtyard for several vehicles.

Composition of the apartment:
- a beautiful living room of 45 m2 very bright with open kitchen equipped (induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher).
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed 140 and a sleeping area with 2 single beds 90.
- A spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double sink, and washing machine.
- an independent WC

Environment:
The apartment is located close to all shops, then 200 m from a greenway for family walks, and 1km from Via Rhona.
A 10-minute drive, you can discover the beautiful Pont du Gard and its site, but also the shores of Gardon with its beaches, and a multitude of activities such as hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, and a via ferrata.
A 20 minute drive, you will find Nimes and its arenas, Arles or the gates of the Camargue, and Provence, Avignon and its festival.
At 45 minutes, the beaches.
Finally at 1am, you will have the choice between Montpellier or Marseille.

Semaine au calme !

Une belle semaine

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans l'appartement d'Alain. La piscine était très appréciable avec la canicule. Belle région avec plein de choses à voir et découvrir et Alain très sympa et serviable, je recommande.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Le logement est très bien équipé , la piscine très agréable . Le propriétaire est très attentif à toutes nos demandes ( nous a par exemple procuré un petit bureau ) et il répond présent pour le moindre problème . Un petit point à signaler : seul le séjour est climatisé, pas les chambres . L’ environnement est très calme . En conclusion, nous reviendrons !

Appartement tout confort, bien équipé, spatieux, très calme et très bien situé. Propriétaire discret mais néanmoins très disponible. Petit problème de TV indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire qui met tout en œuvre pour rétablir la connexion.

Super séjour

Appartement impeccable et agréable. M. André est aux petits soins pour ces convives tout en étant discret, c’est très appréciable. Idéalement situé, il permet d’accéder rapidement à au pont du Gard, à Nîmes, Avignon, Uzès etc La région est très jolie et c’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons pour continuer de la découvrir. Pour les pêcheurs de carnassiers comme mon mari, le coin est également idéal!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à comps. C'est un endroit calme parfait quand on a des enfants en bas âge. La maison est très bien équipé et la piscine a été très appréciée par tout le monde. Nous remercions Alain et sa femme pour leur accueil.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, parfaitement isolé de la maison de notre hôte, qui nous a accueilli lui-même très chaleureusement. L'appartement est neuf - nous étions les deuxièmes locataires), lumineux, bien agencé et bien décoré. Les aménagements à venir (prévision de remplacement de la piscine actuelle par une piscine enterrée, réalisation d'un dallage extérieur) sont prometteurs. C'est un excellent point de départ pour sillonner cette si belle région et pour revenir s'y ressourcer ensuite.
