Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump. "
"The Loft Pucón was a very good experience for us. With 4 in our travel group the room at the Loft was very comfortable. The full size kitchen and the outside yard with table was extra useful.
The rooms and beds themselves on the 2nd floor were layed out just so well to allow separate spaces for sleep and naps over social space of the living and kitchen.

"The dome rooms were beautiful and rustic and fit in perfectly with the natural surroundings. The interiors were clean and well appointed, with heating and cooling. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good.
You couldn’t beat the lakeside location for views and strolls along the volcanic rocky beach.
