"We opted to clean the house ourselves but neglected to clean a small amount of crumbs from under the toaster. One of our party used the kitchen table after we had wiped it down and left a ketchup stain for which we paid the €70 fee. However the grooves in said table had crumbs in them. When we arrived the front door was dirty. There's no kettle. House smelled unaired/musty. Towels were stained with bleach - one bed sheet was very stained so unusable. Bedroom wall had brown stains coming through...

"Concarneau is a great holiday location anyway, through in a fantastically positioned penthouse apartment with outstanding views and privacy and you know your holiday will be enjoyable. The apartment has pretty much everything you need feel at home and to relax. Wonderfully quiet at night. The two patios, sliding doors and electric shutters allow you to benefit from a lovely cooling sea breeze when the temperatures rise.
