Apartment for 2 to 4 people, facing south west, courtyard side. On the second floor of a small condominium of 3 apartments, free parking and large parking nearby. Located in the quiet area of the passage in Concarneau. 2 mins from the sea and the coastal path, 800m from the first beach. 400m from all shops. Access to the city center and the port by the closed city (fortified city), crossing the channel by the ferry 1mn. The apartment consists of an entrance with storage, a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. A main room with fitted kitchen and a living room with sofa bed. A separate bedroom with a double bed.
Also available is a 6 m2 box in the courtyard for storing bikes and bulky items. In this room you will also find a garden furniture and a barbecue and 2 adult bikes.

Location for us was great, just quick ride by boat (€1 each way) to the old town.
Walks and bike rides are great around the area and the restaurant at the bottom of the road next to the harbour is a must!
The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and tidy.
we had a wonderful time in Concarneau and exploring the surrounding area. The apartment is as described, quite, bright, nicely furnished, the kitchen has everything you need for a week.
Great location in a historical steet, yet easy to park and a minute's walk from the sea with the closed city just a short passenger ferry away.

Das Appartement war gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden. Und die Lage nah zur Fähre zur Ville close und zum Küstenwanderweg war perfekt.
Hallo, wie waren 11 Übernachtungen in Concarneau. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ideal und zweckmäßig. Abwicklung mit den Vermietern problemlos und freundlich. Kurze Wege zur Innenstadt ( zB Zitadelle). Mit dem Auto gute Anbindung ins Umland. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in der Bretagne und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Grüße, Inge und Thomas

Avons passé 3 agréables journées dans l'appartement de Valérie et Patrice. Le logement est en tout point conforme à sa description, bel aménagement, confortable, propre, matériels de qualité. Le quartier est tranquille, la navette maritime pour accéder à la ville close est à 2 pas. Belle adresse.
Logement très bien situé, grands choix de balades, à proximité du bac pour la ville close, ce qui évite de chercher et de payer un emplacement de parking.

Séjour à Concarneau
L’appartement est décoré avec goût, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. L’immeuble est très calme. Petit bémol : nous aurions apprécié quelques conseils écrits sur les choses à faire dans le coin, des « bons plans » connus seulement par le propriétaire et des habitants à l’année..
Weekend en couple dans ce super appartement bien situé.belle déco,manque de rien bien équipé.
Entroit calme,parking accessible.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig und liebevoll eingerichtet, sie liegt an einer ruhigen Srasse. Mit der Fähre ist man gut an die Ville close und die Stadtmitte angebunden.
Reise mit ÖV ist gut möglich (Achtung: Fährenfahrplan ändert je nach Saison!)
Schöne Wanderwege und Badestrände in der nahen Umgebung.
Leider war eines der versprochenen Fashrräder fahruntauglich!
