Ein großes Haus in sehr ruhiger und schöner Lage mit tollem Garten!

Wir haben als Familie den Aufenthalt in direkter NĂ€he des StĂ€dtchens Concarneau sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß und gut aufgeteilt und liegt in einer wunderschönen Straße. Mehrere StrĂ€nde sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und bei Fragen direkt zur Stelle. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

La maison est spacieuse, trĂšs propre et surtout prĂšs de la mise Ă  l'eau pour nos maris pĂȘcheurs. Quand Ă  nous, nous avons visitĂ© le magnifique quartier du Cabellou, ses plages et ses rochers. SĂ©jour parfait pour tous.

TrÚs bien placé

Maison de vacances trÚs bien située à 150m de la plage. PiÚces grandes et trÚs claires. Le seul bémol est que les piÚces de vie sont au 1er étage et l'on profite moins facilement du jardin.

Idéalement placée et tout confort

La maison est trĂšs bien pour 6 personnes. Le jardin est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Enfin l’ocĂ©an est tout proche (100m) ainsi que du sentier cĂŽtiers. Je recommande cette location qui Ă©tait de plus trĂšs propre a notre arrivĂ©e. En rĂ©sumĂ© d’excellentes vacances !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable moment dans la propriété d'Olivier, trÚs spacieuse maison, proche de nombreux sentiers du littoral ce qui permet d'accéder à de nombreuses plages. De plus, la maison est trÚs lumineuse, trÚs calme et trÚs bien équipée. Le jardin est également trÚs agréable. Autrement, Olivier est aux petits soins pour vous. Nous espérons revenir prochainement dans ce trÚs bel endroit qu'est Le Cabellou.

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil, perfekt fĂŒr große Familien!

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und vier Kinder) haben vom 29.06. - 20.07.2019 drei tolle Wochen (perfektes Wetter) im Haus von Olivier und Sylvie verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gerÀumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Herauszuheben ist der riesige Garten, in dem die Kinder viel gepielt haben und in dem wir oft im vorhandenen Grill gegrillt haben. Zu den StrÀnden ist es je nachdem, welchen man sich heraussucht, sehr nahe. Man ist auch zu Fuss innerhalb von 5 -15 min an mehreren schönen StrÀnden. Der Hausstrand ist sogar nur etwa 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Auch die Kommunikation erfolgte immer sehr rasch und gezielt. Wir können daher das Haus wirklich empfehlen! Beautifully located, very well equipped and spacious house

We had a fantastic time at this house in Concarneau. It was amazing to have the beach just 3 minutes walk away. The house itself was everything we could have wanted, and the bikes and table tennis table were great additions. All communication with Olivier was excellent and his mother was helpful and delightful at check-in and check-out. A lovely house in a lovely location. Thank you!

Grande Maison agréable et tres calme

Cette maison correspondait tout Ă  fait au descriptif. Elle est trĂšs claire, bien exposĂ©e, trĂšs propre et dispose d’un Ă©quipement complet. Son grand jardin entierement clos est vraiment un plus avec de jeunes enfants ce qui Ă©tait notre cas. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie trĂšs bonne. Les plages Ă  proximitĂ©. Les propriĂ©taires trĂšs aimables sont Ă  notre Ă©coute. Il nous a juste manquĂ© un point d’eau (Ă©vier ou douche) en bas pour le retour des plages et le lave-vaisselle qui serait mieux dans la cuisine. Nous avons vraiment passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour avec la chance d’un temps splendide.

Tolles Haus fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub

3 Wochen im Juni 2018 mit 2 Personen. Wir haben uns in dem sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten und ĂŒberaus gerĂ€umigen Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt - auch bei schlechterem Wetter. In der KĂŒche war alles was wir brauchten. Der Garten ist enorm und fĂŒr Kinder bestimmt ein toller Spielplatz. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und den Sternenhimmel bewundert - um 1 Uhr gehen die Straßenlampen aus. Vielleicht ist das Bad fĂŒr 8 Personen etwas klein und vielleicht bekommt man vom angrenzenden Campingplatz in der Hauptsaison mehr mit - aber fĂŒr uns war es perfekt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und warmherzig und unkompliziert was z.B. die Ankunft und die Abfahrt betraf. In Laufweite gibt es einige kleine, ruhige BadestrĂ€nde und viele Gelegenheiten fĂŒr SpaziergĂ€nge. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Concarneau und der nĂ€heren Umgebung mit wirklich vielen kleinen und großen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten (Pont-Aven, Quimper, Beg-Meil etc). In Concarneau kann man gut essen und unsere Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge sind das MusĂ©e de la pĂȘche und das ChĂąteau de Keriolet in Concarneau. TrÚs belle maison à proximité des plages

La maison est idĂ©alement placĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© de plusieurs petites plages et dans un quartier calme oĂč l'on peut se promener facilement Ă  pied ou en vĂ©lo (prĂȘtĂ©s par les propriĂ©taires). Le grand jardin a permis aux enfants de jouer facilement au ballon. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e en Ă©lectromĂ©nager (il y a mĂȘme une console pour les accros des jeux vidĂ©os) et nous avons Ă©tait trĂšs bien accueillis par la mĂšre des propriĂ©taires. Seul petit bĂ©mol, il faut bien aĂ©rer la maison car elle est assez humide. Bref, nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine.

Beautiful house in a stunning location

We have had the most relaxing week staying in the house in Concarneau. The house was very spacious, and extremely clean and well kept. The standard of housekeeping is excellent. It was very well stocked with all equipment that you would need. Such a lovely location so close to the beach. We made use of the bikes every evening cycling around the area exploring all the roads which all seemed to lead to another cove all of which were beautiful. We could not fault the house - what an amazing place. Thank you so much for the wonderful accomodation, we thoroughly enjoyed our week, and could have stayed there for much longer.

Une maison trÚs agréable et trÚs bien située.

La maison est confortable, spacieuse, claire, décorée simplement mais avec goût et trÚs propre. Elle est, de plus, trÚs bien équipée. Le quartier est calme. Les plages sont à deux pas, la région est idéale pour tous ceux qui aiment les promenades à pieds sur les chemins cÎtiers ou sur les rochers en bord de mer. Les vélos mis à disposition sont de bonne qualité. La ville de Concarneau mérite une visite et les iles de Glénan sont magnifiques. Nous y avons passé deux semaines trÚs agréables ! Merci !

Traumhafter Urlaub in le Cabellou

3 erholsame Urlaubswochen in le Cabellou liegen hinter uns. Das gepflegte Haus, welches in einem absolut ruhigen, ansprechenden Wohngebiet liegt - 200 m bis zum Strand - ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und pflegeleicht. Im Garten mit alten Baumbestand auf bequemer Liege konnte man wirklich die Seele baumeln lassen. Le Cabellou ist fĂŒr uns ein Geheimtip !! Strand, schöne Wanderwege, kein Massentourismus - so lassen sich die schönsten Wochen des Jahres verbringen. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns fĂŒr dem problemlosen Ablauf der BuchungsformalitĂ€ten sowie den netten Empfang (durch die Mutter des Vermieters).

Notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette maison amĂ©nagĂ©e avec goĂ»t et trĂšs spacieuse.Nous Ă©tions, en fait "comme chez nous".Vous remercierez votre maman (mĂȘme si nous n'avons pas manquĂ© de le faire) pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Un jus d'orange frais nous attendait et le bouquet de fleurs coupĂ©es nous ont touchĂ©s. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
