Welcome to Concarneau, in a furnished apartment located on the 4th floor of a peaceful residence. You will enjoy a distant view of the ocean and an ideal location just steps away from the port, the Ville Close, and the beaches. The region is perfect for nautical activities: sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or sea trips to the Glénan Islands. After a day in the great outdoors, treat yourself to local specialties such as fresh seafood, Breton crepes, or the famous kouign-amann. Concarneau invites you to an experience between relaxation, discoveries, and gourmet pleasures.



Once in the apartment, you will discover on your right an independent fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals independently. On your left, a beautiful living room welcomes you with a distant view of the ocean. You can share your meals around the dining table or relax in the living area, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.



The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The first is a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a spacious dressing room. The second offers two single beds (90x190 cm).



A bathroom with a shower is at your disposal, as well as an independent toilet.
