Spacious apartment with sea view

We were a group of two people who were lucky enough to accompany a group of students who were attending a course at the Marinarium. We loved spending time in this nice apartment. The balcony had a great view of the sea, and the kitchen and bathroom had been redone recently, which was a big plus. It's spacious, and it's a great place to stay, even in bad weather. When the sun is shining, the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon coffee or dinner. Communication with the agency was excellent, just like always.

June stay

Had a very comfortable 2 week stay.This apartment has everything you could need and is very spacious. 5 minutes walk to bars and shops and within half an hour there are many beautiful beaches which were all pretty much deserted. Really useful to have the basement parking as general parking in Concarneau looked a bit of a nightmare. Lovely sea view but the balcony and its furniture needs a little tlc. Only other issues were extraction not working in either the loo or shower rooms (unless we couldn’t find the switch!) bit of a nuisance as there are no windows but nothing that spoilt our stay.Try le Tir Bouchon (1 min walk) for great bistro food, reasonably priced and very welcoming.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und der Ausblick ein Traum. Wünschenswert wäre eine Markise, da der Sonnenschirm nicht genutzt werden kann. Hier und da müssten mal Renovierungsarbeiten vorgenommen werden, aber die Ausstattung ist hell und freundliche, und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Tiefgarage vorhanden, was sehr angenehm ist.

Schön großes Appartment, zentrale Lage, eigener Tiefgaragenparkplatz (!), schöne Aussicht, Waschmaschine (!). Nicht ganz ruhig (Straßenlärm, vor allem abends durch Motorräder). Alles komplett (von der Schere bis zum Verlängerungskapel).Einrichtung etwas angejahrt, aber funktionell.

Wir haben diese schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Bretagne genutzt. Außen und im Bereich des Balkons ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Alles Andere entspricht dem Inserat. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

Séjour magnifique à Concarneau

Appartement magnifique avec une vue extraordinaire. Tout ce qu'il faut à l' intérieur. Appartement placé non loin de tout. Nous N avons plus touché la voiture pendant une semaine. La directrice d agence vous reçoit avec le sourire et est très agréable. Je recommande à 300%. J' y retourne l année prochaine.

Schönes Appartement mit sehr vielen Vorzügen in Super-Lage !

Zwei Wochen Concarneau in einem "wirklichen Appartement" mit allem Drum und Dran. Zentrale Lage: Gastronomie, Ville Close, Supermarkt, Häfen, Promenade und Strände. Tolle Ausstattung: Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, schönes Bad mit Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, großer Balkon nach Süden mit Meerblick (das Highlight !!!), Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (nicht zu verachten bei den aktuellen Parkgebühren !), ... Natürlich gibt es auch ein paar Negativaspekte, die dem Alter und der Meer-Exposition des Objekts geschuldet sind, wie z.B. Rost und Verwitterung auf dem Balkon, Feuchtigkeitsprobleme bei ungünstiger Wetterlage, wir hatten Glück mit dem überwiegend gutem Wetter. Auch klemmten die Außentüren in den Schlafzimmern - ein gewisser Renovierungsstau ist nicht zu übersehen. Nicht in allen der zahlreichen Schränke ist die Ordnung und Sauberkeit 100%ig . In der Bilanz aber durchaus sehr positiv, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden dieses Objekt im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unbedingt empfehlen.
