Small Single-storey House and its South-facing Garden
Located in the charming district of Douric, the seaside and the GR34 are a 5-minute walk away, the beautiful Cabellou beaches are 2 km away (7 min. by bike). The house consists of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, French window opening onto a charming courtyard not overlooked, facing south. Two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and one with two 80 cm beds that can be joined together), bathroom and separate WC. Ideal teleworking office area, fiber wifi. Free and easy parking in front of the house (possibility of leaving bicycles in the courtyard). Bakery and tobacco shop 200 meters away. The best and by far the most pleasant way to access the walled town and town center of Concarneau (and thus avoid traffic jams and paid parking) is to take the ferry which crosses the channel and is easily accessible from the house. The area is very well served by the bus network which allows you to forget your car during the holidays. The Porzou sports complex (swimming pool, tennis, padel, etc.) is a 5-minute walk away. The bedding is new, the sheets are included and the beds are made. Optional towels at the price of €7/set/person.
