"We recently stayed at Windsong on the Reef for our family vacation in Turks and Caicos. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the stunning turquoise waters of Grace Bay. One of the highlights is the amazing snorkeling right off the beach, which makes this hotel such a special place to stay. The resort has a peaceful, intimate atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. The natural beauty of the surroundings truly makes the experience unforgettable. Turks and Caicos is such a beautiful destination, and Windsong on the Reef is a lovely place to experience it. We will cherish the memories of our family getaway!"

"As soon as we arrived to the hotel the staff was beyond welcoming — They upgraded our room without asking, the room was beautiful, clean and modern - everyday housekeeping - good amenities with 2 pools the spa was great —-the food was good not the best could be improved but mostly the service was beyond impeccable from front desk to housekeeping everyone was happy and seemed to love their jobs — with any inquiry or modification we had, they went above and beyond - airport shuttle service and shuttle to the beach is a great add on— I would highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back"

"It is hard to know where to start! I will break our 50th birthday bash down for you.The Owner- Dave is absolutely wonderful. His communication skills, attentiveness and concern over our stay was excellent!The Concierge- Regina and team were fabulous, so sweet and SO helpful!! She coordinated everything for us and to be honest things that we booked on our own did not go as smoothly as it would have through Regina ( like our rental car!) The Property- Where do I begin, there were 8 of us, and we all thought that the house, its furniture, its cleanliness, the view, the pool. and how stocked the kitchen and towels/sheets were, was absolutely phenomenal. YES, it is a bit of a adventure to get to the North Caicos Island but we loved the peace and quiet! Any issue (like running out of propane) were remedied very quickly and easily! I cannot say enough good things about this home and how it is run, it was a pleasure dealing with every single person, including the locals who were wonderful!"
Caicos Cottage, 2bd/2bath Beachfront Villa w/pool on Whitby Beach

"This was our second stay at Caicos Cottage, and it was just as amazing as our first stay! First of all, Cindy is a wonderful communicator, and will promptly answer all your questions. When we arrived, we noticed that the home was recently repainted, and clean & bright out front. When you walk in the front doors, that view just blows you away!! Can’t believe how close you are to Whitby beach. The only views that are better are from the pool area (gorgeous and so refreshing), the covered porch, and the master bedroom (best view of all). The master king bed is so incredibly comfortable, and I’m just a bit more than a year out from a large cervical spinal fusion - the pillows were amazing for me in providing the needed support. Everything was so clean! The beach had some recent weather related erosion, and was a rather large step to get down and back up, but it’s not always like that. Some sargassum on the beach, but nothing that kept us out of the water. Be sure to use a common communication app used on the island (can’t mention “what” it is) to keep in contact with the property manager if needed, and may want to bring extra water with you if you’re big water drinkers. The bugs outside can be an issue (mosquitos and no-see-ums). I react strongly, and picardin based repellent seemed to work better than DEET. And the road to Whitby Haven subdivision has been patched!!! Such a welcomed improvement! We will be back, for even a longer stay."

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The setting is simply spectacular. Miles of pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a level of tranquility that is increasingly difficult to find. Many mornings and afternoons we had long stretches of beach almost entirely to ourselves, walking or swimming in what truly felt like our own private paradise. Our beachfront villa with its private pool was exceptional. Waking up, making a coffee, and walking straight from our terrace onto the beach became our favorite daily ritual. This is not the place for loud entertainment or crowded all-inclusive vacations. It is the place to slow down, recharge, enjoy nature, and experience understated luxury with impeccable service. Thank you to the entire COMO Parrot Cay team for an unforgettable week. We are already looking forward to coming back."
