My wife and I enjoyed our 4-night stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and the amenities were really good. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the free parking included in our stay. Fridge, microwave and everything was in good, clean working order. If we vacation in the area again, we will definately book our stay here.

The rooms were very clean and quiet all night. The breakfast was good and convenient to not have to leave for breakfast. The hot tub and pool were very inviting and I loved the location of this hotel! 30 minutes outside of San Francisco which was where we hung out. Overall everything including price was perfect for our weekend trip!

Although the room itself was nice and the stay was pleasant overall, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired. There were booking errors, including my room being double booked, and I was promised certain accommodations that were not followed through on. I was eventually offered a discount and points on my account, but only after I had to call and repeatedly follow up to get the situation addressed. Even then, I still did not receive the resolution I was originally promised. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through made the overall stay much less desirable.

The only thing I found to eh was the fact there's only one elevator and the fact that parking in under hotel in garage and you pay to park. There are spots in front but they were coned. Forcing you to pay to park. The staff , Sonia was great as well as the young man that works till 11p.m. Would recommend this hotel for sure!
