"When I walked in I feel unloved with the smell I wanted to know what cleaning supplies the staff used because it was an amazing fresh clean smell. Once to the room 108 to be exact the room it self was clean and also smelled amazing. Now there was blood stains around the bottom of the toilet in the bathroom. House keeping needs to do a more deep clean but other than that our one night stay for my daughter cheer competition was ok"

"The hotel is obviously undergoing renovations that are needed. The driveway leading up is full of holes. Some spaces are clean and new. Others remain drab at best. Our room was OK. The breakfast area left something to be desired while the breakfast itself left just about everything to be desired. Even the coffee tasted weak and non- descript. Front desk staff always needed to be summoned from somewhere else. The experience was disappointing."

"When we reserved, we asked for a handicap rm w a walk in shower. We ended up on the 3rd floor in a non handicap room w a very bad tiny tun w no bars to help get in and out of the tub. I contacted them early next morning and they did get us a handicap rm switched; however, we ended up w 1 bed. There was still a tub but at least it had the protection bars. My handicap mother is all bruised up from forcing her legs over the tub side. We were told the pool would be open monday at 9:00 am and it was not opened until thursday, for the first time.None of the ice machines worked, so I had to get ice from a staff member. The breakfast was ok, so no complaints there. I feel like the pictures online played up what the rooms looked like, compared to the actual room. The staff were friendly but I will not be staying w them in the future. The bed was very comfortable, so that I was thankful for. We stayed there for 7 nights, so the money pd was for sure more than it should have been."

"This place was great! Location, staff, rooms, cleanliness! It was fantastic! I travel a lot here for work and this will be my property I stay at moving forward. The bar and pool area is wonderful as well!"
