"Propriedade antiga, já com alguns problemas no piso, paredes e acabamentos. Camas velhas, mas razoáveis. Agora o café da manhã e o jantar são uma verdadeira "aventura na selva": desde conseguir uma mesa vazia, até mesmo se locomover no salão lotado perto das mesas onde a comida está servida. A impressão muito clara é de que colocaram o dobro (ou mais!) da capacidade do local. Aliás o "restaurante" é uma adaptação mal feita de uma sala de reuniões pequena. Se você gostar de algo, sirva logo, porque não se repõe adequadamente. As atendentes do grill que deveriam fazer algo bem quentinho na hora são muito mal humoradas, e preferem sugerir que optemos pelo que já está pronto. O aspecto das mesas é deprimente. Em resumo: experiência de alimentação péssima, exceto por algumas sobremesas muito saborosas. Os ônibus estão sempre lotados e demoram pra chegar. A nota final é no máximo 6, por causa do tamanho do quarto e da cortesia da recepção"

"- Staff were very friendly. - Breakfast and dinner that was included was nice, everything menu slightly changing was great. - Pool would have been nicer if it was warmer. - Collecting the scavenger (missao) hunt prize was not very clear so our son missed receiving his prize at the end of the trip (we were told to text on whatsapp but we found out the day we left that we had to collect at a different hotel) - Sink area in the hotel room's bathroom sink had black gunk/mold around the back area of the faucet. I cleaned it myself since we were already unpacked with 5 people's luggage. - ALL OTHER WERE AMAZING. "
