The facility is beautiful, but there is no visibility of staff. We had several mechanical issues with dishwasher, washing machine and the Internet. We were able to resolve the Internet issue. But the dishwasher was never fixed during the four nights we stayed and our clothes. Locked in the washer. We could not get anyone to come and fix so we had to leave our items there. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t heard back from anyone to retrieve my belongings.

The check in process was rough, terrible! It would help to have someone on site for questions. Couldn’t get in the building because my room number was incorrect in the written check in instructions. Please be a lot clearer in the check in process. It was very confusing! It would help if you send the email at least one day before instead of one hour before to accommodate those driving out of state and also those type A personalities planners!. Also, to allow travelers to purchase the parking decal. Otherwise, I love that the hotel as it was close to everything. The area was soooo beautiful! The shower was lukewarm. I love my shower super hot to make it enjoyable.
