"we had an issue with housekeeping on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay when she took all towels and did not replenish and left the trash cans on the desk and counter, then another time i ran into her in the morning to find out what time she would be coming in to clean, she stated around 4pm but she never cleaned it. I addressed it with front desk and manager and was assigned a new housekeeper who did a wonderful job from 4th-8th day of our stay."

"Beautiful fully renovated home.We enjoyed our stay,only thing we thought was a little off was the mats were not vacuumed and the TV screens were not cleaned.Cleaning service needs to tighten up a little but overall it was very nice 9.8 out of 10 for us!We will be booking again again next year!"

"I was disappointed that the property did not include thoughtful touches such as tissues, sugar, creamer, or throw blankets, We had also asked for an instruction or welcome book, The furniture throughout the home was quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to relax. In addition, the listing did not clearly disclose that there is a second rental unit located approximately 40 feet from the back entrance of the main house.The television setup also requires guests to use their personal streaming logins, with only limited apps available."
