"This property was located right on the river in a secluded area outside of Confluence, PA and close to OhioPyle and local attractions. Very clean and well appointed. Nice area for children to play and just a short walk to a "sandy beach" where we were able to fish. In close proximity to the railroad tracks, but if you like trains you'll love the location!"

"Every year myself and 2 of my sister in laws do a 2-3 day outdoorsy getaway with our total of 12 kids ranging from 3-20. Paddlers Lane is a hidden gem, the property is beautiful along the Yough River. The property managers were great, helpful and had open communication available before, during and after to make our stay comfortable. House was exceptionally clean with everything you would need. "We had a great stay. The Chalet was clean and well appointed, very comfortable beds and furnishings. Enjoyed a cookout and the wonderful backyard and river views. The Chalet. Was a perfect quiet spot away from the busy weekend crowd in Ohiopyle but still close enough to enjoy Whitewater rafting, Fallingwater, Ohiopyle Wine fest plus all the Hikes, Waterfalls and lookouts of the State Park. The nearby Train did not bother us during our stay. Hope to come back again soon!"

"The room was very immaculately clean, bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. My son and I spent 4 nights there to explore the state parks in the area. I’m very satisfied with my decision to choose this location over the pricier rental homes. We stayed busy exploring, hiking and swimming during the day and appreciated a clean place to come back to after dinner. Located near plenty of restaurants and Walmart but we also found the public library, goodwill store and our bank was nearby. "

"I had 7 rooms booked for my touring band. We checked in late (after 11pm) after our show near Pittsburgh. Debbie, behind the desk for the night shift, was awesome, friendly, and helpful, when checking us in late in the evening. She was also quite sociable (and funny) while a few of us hung out in the lobby, late night. The rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable. In the morning, my phone started blowing up with texts from my band members saying there was no hot water. Several members called the front desk but there was no answer. When we met in the lobby to check out, we were told there was a power outage and that the heater takes time to get going. I understand things happen, but the 2nd most important purpose of a hotel stay is getting a decent shower before you leave and that didn't happen. "
