"Get location for our Zion trip!"

"The breakfast could have been better. Wished they hod eggs, bacon and hash browns. The only warm items offered were waffles that I had to make. They have breakfast sandwiches but need to be microwaved. Everything else was cold items. "

"Overall, the place was fine for what we needed, especially since our trip was centered around visiting Zion and it’s only about a 30-minute drive away.That said, cleanliness was a noticeable issue. It doesn’t seem like the house has been deep cleaned in quite some time, there were food crumbs left on the leather couches, and while the floors appeared swept, they still left our socks black on the bottoms.There also appears to be a structural concern near one of the beds. When stepping on the carpet in that area, the floor sinks significantly, almost as if a floorboard is missing underneath, which felt unsafe.On a more positive note, the tub does drain properly now, but only after I removed a large clump of hair from the drain myself. Prior to that, the water would rise above ankle level during a shower.Overall, the location worked well for accessing Zion, but the property could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning and some maintenance attention."

"Really kind and friendly front desk staff. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The one and only downside, was breakfast didnt start until 7am. If you are going to Zion NP, you need to be there by 6am. That means leaving at 5:30. "

"We had a 5 day stay in a king suite with whirlpool tub. Good value but we needed a few things fixed. Hairdryer was old and started sparking on me. The fridge door gasket was falling off and the shower head was coated with hard water. Everything was addressed quickly and repaired. Would be nice not to have to ask though. The whirlpool was so nice after a day of hiking. Decent breakfast but it was exactly the same every morning. A 20-25 minute ride to Zion. Park in the Lion blvd parking lot if you don’t get the visitor parking early enough. "

"This home worked so great for our family. The attention to deal was everywhere. Plenty of supplies in all rooms, everything labeled to make life easier. The two living spaces was great as we had more then one family here. Loved all the bathrooms. Just nice for everyone to have their own. The pool area was fantastic. This kids loved the pool and slide, there were wonderful places to sit and many area to eat outside. It was a great outdoor oasis. The garage full of games was so fun. If the kids weren't in the pool, they were in the garage. Having tweens this made the time here so great as they always had plenty of activity to do. Thank you for such a great home! If we are ever this way again, we will be back. Also Hannah was very attentive to our needs. "

"This home was the perfect launching point for our visits to Zion and Bryce NP. Dennise was very responsive, answering all of my questions, and easy to work with. Everything about the home was comfortable. "
