"Very good location, just across the river from the centre of Confolens. Check in process unsatisfactory, guests were left standing on the doorstep for ages waiting for someone to let them in. Steep winding stairs up to the second floor bedrooms not advertised and were unsuitable for the elderly, especially with luggage. Actual property quaint, good location, but could have been cleaner, there were lots of visible cobwebs!"
