Enjoy beautiful views from anywhere in the apartment. The patio is furnished with two sun loungers and a small table. A glass table and six chairs under an awning let you enjoy your meals al fresco. Each room has a private patio. The staircase or the elevator grants access to the garden, only accessible to residents of the small complex. An intercom lets you manage the front door. Parking is available in the underfloor garage. The elevator takes you from the parking garage via the pool area to the apartment. The gate is electronically controlled.
