Un apartamento perfecto, como en casa, con todo lo necesario, urbanización tranquila, supermercado muy bueno en la misma calle, piscina, parking, imprescindible en Conil. A 10 min de la playa La Fontanilla, la entrada, salida y comunicación muy fluida y rápida con propietario y Chary. Nos ha encantado! De 10 todo.

Maravilloso

La zona de la urbanizacion es muy traquila y el apartamento esta a 10 minutos andando del centro y a la playa. El apartamento tal cual en las fotos y con el menaje suficientes para disfrutar de las vacaciones con una terraza amplia y en la azotea otra. La piscina comunitaria genial, ya que la hemos disfrutado bastante. Tambien tiene plaza de garaje que se agradece. La comunicación con el propietario como con Chary ha sido muy buena!! La verdad que no le pongo pegas a nada!! Nuestra estancia a sido estupenda!!

Escapada a Conil

Urbanizacion muy familar y agradable. Apto como se describe con una bonita y grande terraza arriba y abajo con toldo. Nos gustaria repetir.

Vacaciones vacaciones

El apartamento es muy cómodo: 2 hab amplias y 2 cuartos de baño, A.A. centralizado y una terraza enorme con un toldo; aparte de la piscina de agua salada y una plaza de aparcamiento subterránea. Está a 700 m de la playa (8 min) si te vas por el camino entre los hoteles, y a 10 min de la zona de bares del pueblo, andando por supuesto. Totalmente recomendable si quieres disfrutar de unos días en la playa de Conil.

Appartement idéal pour des vacances à Conil

Nous avons pu pleinement profiter des plages de Conil grâce à cet appartement très bien conçu, équipé de tout ce qui est nécessaire (parasols par ex). La climatisation fonctionne très bien. La résidence est très bien entretenue, la piscine très appréciable. Allez à la plage à pied était décisif pour nous. Une place de parking est à disposition.

Apartamento con espectacular terraza en urbanización muy tranquila y cercano a la playa (unos 6/8 minutos) La comunicación con Pepe (el casero) fluida y muy cordial, la chica que nos recibió muy amable incluso se ofreció a ayudarnos a llevar el equipaje. Gracias por una estancia tan agradable

Muy a gusto!

El piso cumplia perfectamente la descripción. Muy buena ubicación, se puede ir andando a la playa y al centro del pueblo y en la misma manzana hay un supermercado muy grande y con muy buenos precios. La zona es muy tranquila, el piso muy comodo con todo lo necesario, y lo mejor de todo, la amabilidad de José Antonio, el dueño del piso y de Chary, que fue quien nos recibió allí

Todo para unas vacaciones de verdad

Tanto el proceso de compra, resolución de dudas y entrega de llaves fue súper bien, simple y muy cómodo. El alojamiento está súper bien ubicado…10 min de la playa andando y del centro. Un paseo súper agradable. Supermercados al lado, y la piscina muy grande. El alojamiento tenía todo lo que necesitamos. Si podemos volveremos. Gracias a José y Chary por la amabilidad.
