"This host/managing company is trying to rip people off. The stove didn’t work, which is why we chose this apartment, so we could cook. The refrigerator was off and it spoiled $100 of food we had purchased. We saw later we had to pay extra is we wanted to use the refrigerator. The heating/cooling system did not work. There was no internet…surely another extra they wanted us to pay, but never gave us the option. The few towels we were provided, were dirty. We were left with one roll of toilet...
