The “Villa des Lardards” has many attractions to seduce you. Located on the banks of Lac du Bourget, you will undeniably be dazzled by its sumptuous setting. Its bright living room opens onto a large balcony with breathtaking views of the lake and its mountains. You will appreciate this vacation spot just a stone's throw from the small marina, the beach and the restaurant. Conjux, a small village nestled on the west shore of the lake, is the ideal place for those looking for calm and serenity.

The villa consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen of more than 40 m2, 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The villa is completely fenced and the garden provides space for children and pets to play.

The house is on one level. The entire floor is accessible.

Far from the tourist hustle and bustle, this haven of peace offers you total immersion in Savoyard nature. The preserved banks of the lake are particularly wild, offering breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding mountains. It is the ideal place to recharge your batteries.
Small shops are located in the surrounding villages, about 5 minutes by car. This makes it possible to maintain the tranquility of the village of Conjux while combining the practicality of having quality food shops nearby.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans la villa. La communication avec Stéphane a été très facile, les informations de départ et d'arrivée sont très claires.
