- 🅿️ Free street parking is available, no driveway. Park on the opposite side of the street to avoid towing.
🏠This unit is the lower level of a duplex. There are quiet tenants in the upper unit.
❄️There are A/C window units installed for the warmer months. You will have to turn them on upon arrival and set to your comfortability.
🌳There is a very small backyard that is not fenced.
🐶 If bringing an approved pet, please bring a crate for when you leave the house and a leash for walking/using the yard to go to the bathroom. NO pets on the furniture, including the beds.‼️You must clean up after your pets waste in the yard. ‼️
🏖️Beach essentials currently include: 4 Beach Towels and several sand toys in the deck box on the back deck.
