"Never again will I book through Expedia much more expensive than going to the actual site don’t do it here! Otherwise great stay with my son. really cute little area! Went to many state parks nearby, and hiked. Really appreciated the hot shower and the very comfortable bed slept amazing."

Thanks to Ken for the early check in and to Tema, the property manager, who made sure everything was set to show us around on arrival. The highlight is gathering with family around the table in a room filled with sunlight bringing the outdoors in."

"Our big family, 5 children, loved the game room, pool and hot tub. The eldest ,17, was able to have her own room.The grown ups loved the same things as the kids plus the kitchen, downstairs room and extra refrigerator.We had a great family vacation."

"House was clean and comfortable. Lake was quiet and a great place to swim, fish and relax. Really appreciate baby equipment and plenty of seating for meals. It was nice to have a choice between kitchen or porch. Quality and number of bath towels was nice too. The outdoor space needed to be cleaned before use. The location of the outdoor camera was a bit unsettling especially when having a campfire."

"Just an amazing place...! This was our second visit in two months to see our son performing in Crazy For You at Goodspeed theatre. Spacious and well appointed, this space is very welcoming and perfect for stop-ins from family/friends and lots of room for the dogs to run and play. Was able to work remotely there with the speedy internet and was happily distracted by Cessna, Piper and Beechcraft takeoffs and landings out front as well as the occasional seaplane landing on the river. Grab a Kayak and visit the Bald Eagle fam just around the bend and take in the amazing views. Sunsets...!!! And the owner Ann...? Rockstar! Will help you out with whatever you need."

"Our stay was wonderful! The beautiful property felt quiet and secluded while still being centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The house was so clean and comfortable, and stocked well with anything we might have needed. It was a welcome space to return and recharge after a day of adventures. The host was also great. She was very helpful and welcoming even before our check in. She also went above and beyond by rescuing my daughter's stuffed horse that we had accidentally left behind.We would definitely stay here again!"

"Thank you very much for the wonderful time in this special house! From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt at home. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished with great care and attention to detail – we truly didn’t miss a thing. We especially loved the charm of the house. It doesn’t feel like a typical holiday apartment, but much more like a little home away from home. Exactly how you imagine the perfect place for a vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!"

"My adult children and I came down from Maine to spend some time with a beloved elderly relative and this property could not have been better. It was very clean, well-appointed, charming, comfortable, close to all the shops and restaurants and had a truly lovely and private yard complete with sweet cottontails and Carolina wrens and catbirds! We hope to be back and recommend this rental highly."
