"It was nice that they had pet stations with bags and a garbage can for waste. Pool was nice and I can see the no diving rule but kids were not even allowed to jump in. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Once there was ice but not the next time and no bucket in the room."

"We really like the fact that the hotel is a few minutes walk from the village. You get the quiet hotel vibe with only minutes to all restaurants and shops. Four outdoor hot tubs, two restaurants on site with great breakfast. Perfect spot."

"Impressed by the clean and spacious rooms. It’s perfect if you also want to prep or reheat your own food since the kitchen is complete with pots and pans as well as utensils and knives. It’s very convenient especially for families with kids. We had a minor aircon issue but the maintenancd staff was great and was able to resolve the issue. One thing we would suggest is to refresh the hallway carpets and lights to make it look more updated. The elevator may also need to be updated to a faster one. Sometimes the waiting time is too long especially on busy days."

"They changed my room.because they allowed a group of people to stay in the room beside mine. That group wasn't just yelling loudly but also hitting the wall which was moving the furniture in my room. All this was happening after 10pm when i was trying to sleep. The other room they changed had a super squeaky bed that woke me up everytime my partner moved. Was not able to sleep well The rest was all good."

"The Medford Inn is a comfortable place to stay, conveniently has a very good restaurant attached, and is in a great location. They allow cats, so I brought mine ! The owner is very helpful and friendly, I would be happy to stay there again."
