Our stay was a great one! We had no issues . Staff was friendly, room was clean , and breakfast was good. Now it was not I Hop but what I expected from a hotel breakfast. I actually thought their coffee was pretty good too!

In town for baseball. The room was clean, shower could have used a better cleaning, several hairs in the shower. Beds were not very comfortable very firm. Blow dryer did not work and the front desk could not find a working blow dryer so I had to go to bed with wet hair.

Customer service was excellent; the guy at the front desk was invaluable, and I understood what was going on with the renovations. However, in the morning, I called the front desk to let them know the toilet was making a noise while we were showering, and when my daughter tried to flush it, it overflowed. I called downstairs, and they said it would be at least two hours before someone could fix it. That is not acceptable, and we were only there for a day, so we checked out at 6:00 AM. No breakfast.
