You can’t beat the location with old town right out your window, the boardwalk and the beach within walking distance. It was surprisingly quiet (our stay was Tuesday-Thursday). "it was an average stay, I mean what can you expect form a 3* in RO. I know the hotel since it was being build, but this was the first stay. covid rules are quite optional since the owner of the hotel and the senior staff are not using any masks.
