Constitution Marsh Audubon Center and Sanctuary

One staff member, Elin, was wonderfully cordial and helpful. Another staff member was curt and not at all helpful. Unfortunately I did not have hot water available in the shower. I reported this. Someone came to supposedly help, and told me,"this works fine" but, in fact, when I showered the next day there was no hot water, so I had to tolerate three days without hot showers. Otherwise the room was okay--the bed was reasonably comfortable, it was quiet, and I slept well. The pillows could have been better.

Excellent location, staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby was nice and clean with couches! Rooms are nice but expected for the area. The breakfast was very good!
