"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "This place will stay in my memory for a long time, a fantastic place, the whole city is unforgettable, and the hotel is in a very good location, very clean. The whole check in service is very straight forward with the machine, the room was incredibly well-kept, clean, ecological, with all the amenities possible"

"Property needs urgent upgrades. Rooms are old and the AC barely works. Cleanliness is also poor. Staff is young and inexperienced. Location is great (close to ciutadella) and the sunset from the sunset bar is beautiful. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"We had such a great stay here! The location is perfect, with lots of different restaurants just a short walk away. The hotel itself was lovely—super modern and spotless. A special shoutout to Damián! He gave us awesome recommendations for places to eat and beaches to check out. He was so friendly and quick to answer any questions we had.
