"I had a do not disturb sign on my door but yet they still knocked every morning.my card wouldn’t work at night to let me in the building and the lady at the desk ignored us for a few minutes before she finally let us in …also my last night staying my card wouldn’t work to let me in the room I had to make 2 trips to the front desk just to ask her to please reset my card "

"The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night "

"Simple but great hotel. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was pretty good, and infrastructure seemed quality (not one of those newly constructed places that feels like it will fall apart in a couple of years). Highly recommend for the price."

"Although this is an exceptional property to stay at as far as cleanliness and great scenery, this time around service wasn’t as great as it usually has been, and they’ve taken away the full continental breakfast that was one of the major amenities that this hotel offered. Also the friendliness of the staff just wasn’t there like it always has been. "
