Me & my husband had bed bug bites on us that we noticed a few hours after checking out. We stayed here for two nights over the weekend. I called and let the lady know at the front desk and she said she would let the manager know. Took my info and even told her with room we stayed in but I still haven’t hear anything back from the manager. This was my 3rd time staying here over the pass 5 years. I choose there because I like the location. It’s by lots of restaurants and next door to Walmart. Never had any problems the last couple of stays until now.

Everything was good except the WiFi. I had trouble logging in, called the front desk and the support number, ultimately ended up using someone else’s information (I think an employees) to get logged in. My stay at this suite was great me and my entire family loved our stay at this hotel from the pool to the breakfast everything was amazing we loved it the most because it was walking distance to a lot of stores very convenient quiet the hotel owner was very friendly. The only problem was our room was clean but the bedding was dirty with stains and hair other than that overall stay was amazing I'd recommend.

Comfortable stay

I unexpectedly had to stay in Conway overnight due to vehicle issues. Comfort Inn was clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. Check in was easy and I was able to get a few laps in the pool! The staff were friendly and breakfast was included.
