Room was dirty upon arrival, fridge unclean (we found a stray hair) and there was trash behind the nightstand! Toilet seat was shaky and broken. Bathroom was also nasty (loose hairs on the floor). Pool was fizzing and bubbling for some reason, not sure if it was safe to even swim in. Missing closet door. The AC would not turn off despite us clicking the “off” button and waiting over an hour. Other than that, the food was hot and great and staff friendly. Just wished it was cleaner.
