Large Updated Family Home by UCA/Conway Regional

Welcome to our home! We hope it is the most comfortable place for you and yours. We feature three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We're two blocks from UCA, a block from Conway Regional Hospital, and a mile from downtown Conway. There is a full kitchen, a sound-proof sunroom that doubles as an office, and a fenced in backyard with trampoline, grill, fire pit, and playground.

Are you a large group? Consider booking Oak Mini as well. It's a separate unit next to Oak Main.
The space
Our entire main house is available to you; including our full kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a sunroom/office and a washer dryer combination unit. We have a large fenced yard, a 65 inch TV in the living room, supplies for little kids including a high chair, crib, toys, books, children's dishes, and more.
Guest access
The front door has a keypad lock, when you’re ready to check-in we’ll send you the code.

We have two driveway parking spaces, and more room on our quiet street for parking.
