"We arrived just a little past midnight. Upon checking in we received our keys. We tried to enter our room with the keys and this did not work, we had to get new keys issued, these still did not work. Front desk issued another set of keys. These still did not work. There were two other couples that checked in at the same time and their keys were not working either. Finally the front desk worker located the master key and let us all in. This was extremely frustrating that it took almost 45 minutes to get into our room from waiting at the front desk to check in and then walking the hall to elevator 4 times before actually entering the room. I would have hoped to have had more apologies for the inconvenience. We did not receive this. Otherwise the room was nice and the breakfast good. The key worked fine when we woke in the morning."

"Brittany the host was fantastic. She was pretty quick at her responses. She did everything she could to make us happy including offer to refund part of our stay. The listing says the mill runs weekdays. Thats only partially acurate. It ran to or past midnight most nights including saturday. The mill runs when the mill wants to. Its extremely loud. If you play music its not too bad. However this is a dog friendly place and our dogs were very uneasy of the noises and sometimes scared. The host refunded us for the mill going all day saturday. She offered us to do activities at another property. However my boyfriend was in a walking boot and we were unable to do most activities. It was relaxing but not peaceful. The hot tub thermometer is not acurate. It needed to be stirred up and have an evening with the lid off to cool down. We were able to use it once while there. Some of the furniture shown in images was broken so i would bring some chairs. There are 2 functional chairs. Not 6. Overall it was a really nice cabin. Just not as peaceful as we had hoped. The host did make it right but we wouldnt come back to this specific property."

"Camp was very clean. Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils. Easy check in and check out. Host was very nice and answered my questions quickly. Would definitely refer friends and family we enjoyed our short vacation."

"I was greeted by name as soon as I entered the reception desk. The night staff was amazing and loved my dog and she loved her! She greeted her every chance she got and my baby ate it up!! The room was clean and small but adequate. I will always stay here whenever I go back."

"The Treehouse was excellent and the accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and seemed very cozy. There were clear instructions for the stove top that made it simple to use. Communications with the host were very good and she responded very quickly to the couple of minor issues we encountered. We had an outstanding time and enjoyed ourselves however there are a couple of issues I want to include:1. Although the listing said that firewood was provided, we were surprised to find out that it was at an additional cost. The fire pit itself has been well loved for a while and has some rust holes in it.2. The staircase/ladder to the sleeping area was very steep. If you have mobility issues it may be difficult to get to the bed. You cannot walk down the stairs, you have to turn around and climb down the ladder.3. Although the cabin is very clean we found that it had a lot of scented air fresheners present. The fragrance was a problem for us since we routinely avoid anything that is not unscented."
