A Fishing Trip at the Boathouse
What a fun property! We loved our stay and enjoyed our time on the beautiful lake shore of lake vermillion. Would absolutely recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Bathroom in every bedrooom!
6 couples for an annual superbowl snowmobiling trip, came with UTV's instead. Kitchen was well stocked with pans utensils ect. 3 coffee pots! Towels plentiful, linens we were shy on. Extra pillows did not have cases. Overall great stay. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers.

So much space inside, outside and lake side! We loved this place, definitely in our top three! Must be very careful with the steps to the lake. Dangerous for small kids and older folks. A railing would be my only recommendation for change. Well stocked kitchen.

Loved this house!
This was a great house with a ton of space for our group of 12. The kids loved the bunk house. Great to have all the bathrooms. The dock area was perfect for our boats and swimming. The kitchen got a little tight with more then 2 people in it. The stairs going to the dock were a little rough. A few slips because of the rocks and uneven steps. Fire pit not real useable. Over all we loved this place and hope to visit it again.

Another adventurous stay
This is our second time at this property. It is one of the few in the area with adequate bedrooms for our big group. Love that they have their own bathrooms. Awesome location. Maintenance continues to be a concern here. Heat in the property is very difficult to control. You get freezing or sauna hot. No regulation. One shower drain freezes every winter. Fix the problem, please. This trip had a broken oven door, kitchen sprayer that stuck, light fixtures and bulbs out. Just needs good maintenance. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great towels and we’ll equipped kitchen. Great property for sledders in terms of parking and proximity to the trail.

Contract not fulfilled
Cool house on a nice part of the lake. However, we took the family and several exterior doors didn’t lock. We ended up leaving a day early as our daughter was scared. There was a mouse infestation, which management said that that should be expected at a cabin.. Manager stated on the contract that he would come within 24 hours and never did. Internet was stated to be spotty, but it simply didn’t work. Property overall run down and wasn’t a good experience.

Our stay in Fishboat cabin
We had a good time despite all the issues we encountered with cabin. The cabin was well suited for our group as it had enough rooms for our group size and the location was private. We had issues with property such as water usage was very very limited and a few hours of heating issues. We could not shower, nor use toilets because there was little water available. Owners had a plumbing/ well pump issue? No WiFi and the tv not working made our stay boring. Some heating issues for the first few hours, but owners were finally able to resolve it after trying to figure out the issue. We came to property right at check in time, but couldn't get in till an hour later because the owners had miscommunication and was not aware of our arrival time which we communicated days earlier through vrbo website. It would have been a great experience had we not encounter all the issues we had.
