Overall, our stay was very good. We were welcomed by a very friendly lady who referred to me as Sweet Pea! We saw her several times throughout our stay and she made us feel like welcomed guests as opposed to just another customer. The property was very clean and the breakfast included hot offerings such as eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. This will be my go-to place going forward when I stay in Cookeville. My only complaint is that I overheard the friendly lady at the front desk call someone else Sweet Pea. Admittedly, I was a bit jealous:)

Older hotel but clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of items. Our first room had a musty smell, and we had a problem with our commode not flushing properly. The desk clerk tired to fix the problem and when she couldn’t moved us to another room. We appreciated her efforts. Hotel was not what we expected but since it was just for one night we made the best of it.

Staff was very nice. The hotel is in need of some refreshing/ updating. The pool is closed. They did have an agreement with a hotel nearby to use their pool but it was very inconvenient to take small kids out in the cold with swimsuits. Breakfast was good. Overall a good stay for the night.

Very basic and dated yet it was lower cost so it’s a trade off. The front desk was great; the breakfast buffet was just average compared to other competitors in Cookville. The room smelled a bit like dogs had stayed there previously. Very quiet which was a positive. Lights were out or broken. Coffee maker below average. Bathroom was good but there were three tissues left and no new box ready in room. Three stories and elevator was fast yet the UP - DOWN lights were busted out. We would probably not stay again unless there were no good alternatives. Suggest they invest back into the business and bring it up to a more modern, clean look.
