You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Relaxing beach vacation - beautiful, quiet and clean

Our home at Cooks Beach boasts 4 large bedrooms with 7 comfy beds: 2 x queen, 1 x double and 4 x single, to accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

It has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which opens up to two separate outdoor areas. There is a BBQ available. The kitchen is equipped with cooking and baking equipment and a dish washer. We also have a TV and full laundry facilities.

There is a single carport, suitable to park a boat and also space available to pitch a tent. There is plenty of off street parks.

In addition to the two bathrooms, there is an outdoor shower.

We are only a 3 minutes’ walk to the beach and a 10 minutes’ walk to Purangi estuary, 5 minutes drive to Ferry Landing and short ferry ride to Whitianga with fantastic Restaurants, Cafes and Shopping.

The local shops are also only a 5 minute walk away.

Our house is an ideal place for people to relax in.

We had such a wonderful stay. The home was in a good location and accommodated our group of 10 well. We had a great time on a boat tour, Cooks beach, also visited Hot Water Beach. Hot water beach was my favorite spot so far on our trip.

Amazing place

We try and stay every year at this house and it works so well. Our family of 5, kids aged between 5-8, plus my parents, had plenty of room, and space to chill out. Location is great and it was so peaceful. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Had a nice time in Cooks Beach,, the location is nice. However we received no check-in instructions until after connecting directly with VRBO after check in time - they (thankfully) were able to contact the owner to sort things out. Recommend reading the property description carefully.
