"Stayed week after Christmas--holiday decor and Christmas tree were a perfect touch. Lack of access to local broadcast TV networks on at least one of the Roku TVs is a problem--consider an antenna for local broadcasts. "

"Even off season this house was exactly what we were looking for it had views that went on forever. Our host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had a wonderful holiday. House is clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available including steps to the beach in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We look forward to making this an annual tradition. "

"This was the perfect house for our family to gather and have a short fall vacation together! House is well worn and could use a good spring cleaning. Otherwise, it was very comfortable with plenty of room for our group. Everyone had a great time. "
