"Everything was so clean, however, Royal, the front desk clerk.. she was just amazing!! She was so kind! We were a late night check in staying the night on our way to Charleston. Royal just made our stop through extra perfect! She was so accommodating and personable! Give this woman a raise! She knows how to make a girl feel safe and taken care of. If we ever need to stop and stay in Columbus again, I will be making sure we stay here. Very pleased for the extra affordable price we paid. And the bed comfort wasn’t too bad either!"
