"Staying at the beautiful Victoria is an experience not to be missed! I found the staff welcoming and attentive , the rooms and common areas beautifully appointed and comfortable and the meals varied and delicious from their breakfasts to lunch or dinner at the Ivy, their wonderful Michelin star restaurant . "Staff was amazing, so friendly and responsive! They went above and beyond. The beds were comfortable, the room spotless and the bathroom shower the best! Delicious, extensive breakfast served in an elegant dining room. Very convenient to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and the National Park, but quiet and away from the bustle. It said 4 stars, but we think it deserves 5! "
