"On first look it was clean but once you look a bit closer, back of most doors were dirty, inside cupboards were dirty, some of the linen was stained. Definitely could be a higher standard of clean. The permanent residents aren’t very friendly towards tourists in the complex. "

Told to specifically park in a designated car spot yet when we came back another car had parked in our spot! Annoying! Place was not what we expected at all. It’s clean but we were also looking straight at a busy roundabout of cars …. Would not go back. Was not a relaxing holiday apartment "

"My second stay at sandcastles and loved it. Room was spacious and definitely worth the money. They were also able to accommodate a early check in. 5min drive from Harbour Town 10-15 min drive to Australia Fair Mall No lift so carrying luggage up and down can be a pain but we think of it at exercise 😂 Will definitely book again 💯"
