"This was our third summer staying here, and we absolutely love it! Mindy is amazing, the condo is clean, cute, comfortable, and truly in the perfect Telluride location. It has become our little home away from home and is such a gem. We already can’t wait to come back next summer! "

"We stayed for 6 days in August. It was a nice, clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet place to return to after long days hiking. It was walking distance from anything in town, but we liked not being right in town. The bed was comfortable and the bedrooms were a nice size. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The fans were very helpful and the place felt cool when we arrived on a very hot day, which was a nice welcome! The little balcony was nice but needs a working table. The kitchen is small but adequate. It was nice having our own washer and dryer. We loved our time in Telluride including our stay here!"

"We had a great stay for a weekend wedding. The host had excellent communication and check-in was very simple. We appreciated that there was parking for two vehicles in the lot across the street since both of our larger SUVs would not fit in the garage. The condo is as described and clean though not spacious. This was perfectly fine for our needs, especially for the value of this property in Telluride, but know that the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side and there are stairs to navigate. We also loved the location. It is walkable to downtown, has a free shuttle stop nearby and is close to the river trail which will take you right to the gondola. Overall a great stay for the price and would recommend!"
