"What a wonderful surprise! The room was clean and the size was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to move around without falling over our bags. We enjoyed the drinks( so delicious) and the food from the lounge. Wonderful options. Wish there were more servers cause we had to wait a while to be served. Overall great location and experience would recommend. "

"Very disappointing trip. Physical plant needs an upgrade. No amenities in the room not even a shower cap or a bar of soap. So many rules. Enforced for us for example no water bottles allowed at the pool. But smoking was not allowed however people who were smoking cigarettes by the pool nothing was said to them. I communicated this to Charlotte the AI Concierge and she never responded. "

"The bar was stocked but they would not serve. They made my husband go upstairs to the 9th floor which was a night club and had long lines. The front desk staff was amazing but the lady at the cafe area was extremely unfriendly. So much so, she saw us watching tv, turned it off. Other than that, it was a pleasant be cruise stay. "
